Shipping Policy
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a store credit minus any shipping fees which are considered to be restocking fees. If an item ships for free, then $9.99 will be deducted from the order total as a restocking fee with a credit on the customers account to apply towards a new order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days. No orders are processed over the weekend or on US Federal holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days after shipping confirmation is received for orders to arrive.
Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS shipping time is, on average, about 2-5 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.
* We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.
What Do I do If my Package Is lost?
Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. Bud 2 Day is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Additionally, only the purchase price of the item will be provided as a store credit on the first instance. Therefore, if you purchase an item that is returned-to-sender, refused, or you elect to not have your order resent, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the item that is being claimed as damaged during shipping. and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing. If your order has defects or an alleged manufacturing issue, please e-mail b2ddistribution@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
I haven’t received tracking information, where can I find my tracking number?
Please be aware that you will receive your tracking number once your order has finished being processed and fulfilled. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you as well as it will be included under your profile under Orders.
If you’re a first-time customer or have any filters set up, your order notifications may be found in your Spam/Junk folder. You can adjust this by marking Bud 2 Day as not spam and saving our e-mail address in your contacts.
Can I change my order details after purchasing, including the address?
Unfortunately, no changes can me made to the name or address once an order is complete. We also do not have the capability of changing an order from shipping to delivery after an order is placed for shipping, it will be processed as shipping.
We require age verification on all orders. Therefore, once your order has been processed and paid for, the order may not be modified in any way.
Important:
Please double-check your name, address, and all other details before submitting your order. If you put the incorrect address and the package has shipped, there is nothing D2D can do for that order.
We retain the right to not ship to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of THCa, Delta 8 THC products, or any hemp-derived products. Furthermore we are not responsible for knowing whether this product is legal in your area of residence. By purchasing this product, you assume full responsibility for all parts pertaining to your purchase.
